Right now it is way to cold to go fishing but I can not wait to wet my line this spring. I love to fish and spend time outside and I just have not had a lot of free tiome to go fishing the last couple of years and I plan to change all of theat this spring and I can not wait for it to happen. I want to take my six year old grandson fishing again we went once last year and he had a blast and so did I. Hurry up spring we are waiting on you.

As the title says do not loan your cars top your kids, make them work and buy their own cars to tear up. My daughter has been using my extra car to do her job and of course I am the one who has to fix it, keep tires on it and repair it when she wrecks it. There is no winner when you loan your car to your kids, keep your sanity and keep your car keys in your pocket. This has been a public service announcement paid for by me.

This great country gets a new start in 4 days and I for one can not wait. We get a new President and a new chance to rebuild this once mighty country. We have had 8 years of misguided leadership and I hope that the new President can get us back on the right track and he must do this task soon the longer we wait the harder it will be to get going again. Tuesday will be a huge day for the country and I look forward to it.

This is the year that Lance Armstrong returns to the cycling world, you have to admire what he has accomplished in this life. Just to be a cancer survivor is amazing in its own right add in all the Tour de France that he has won and you have a modern day hero as far as I am concerned. I hope that his return to the world of competitive cycling turns out exactly the way he wants and I can only wish him the best of luck in his return.

A buddy that I work with gave me a very nice venison roast last night and some ground venison to make some deer chili with. It has been a very long time since I had any venison and I can not wait to get the great taste of fresh venison again. Thanks James Eddie the deer meat will be a fine addition to our January table, I can not wait for the treat to be served.
